Steer is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with extensive experience in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), AWS, Terraform, CI/CD (Github Actions preferred), and a modern programming language (Go preferred). The role involves working fully remotely in a startup environment, collaborating with a team located in UTC-6 to UTC+2. The position requires autonomous work, handling changing priorities, ad-hoc requests, and owning the delivery. This is a fully remote, no travel required position with very few meetings and a mostly flat hierarchy.
