Hacker Careers is a job board focused on high-signal tech roles. Every month, we index hundreds of new listings posted by founders, CTOs, and hiring managers, and turn them into a searchable, filterable job board for engineers, designers, and other technical talent.

How does it work?

Our pipeline runs automatically each month:

1. Index — We collect new job listings from public hiring channels.
2. Parse — AI extracts structured data from each listing: job title, company, location, salary, tech stack, remote policy, and more.
3. Enrich — We match companies, generate embeddings for semantic search, and tag listings with technologies.
4. Search — You search by keyword, tech stack, location, or just browse. Vector search finds relevant roles even when you don't use the exact right keywords.
