Pioneer is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work in Climate Tech and LLMs. The role is remote within the USA-48. The candidate should enjoy the 0-to-1 phase, be hungry for growth, actively collaborate and pair with users, handle the nondeterminism of LLMs, and enjoy building across the full stack. The stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.JS, LangSmith, and other modern tools.
