Partner with engineering leads to break down complex initiatives into deliverable pieces. Create visibility and maintain alignment across remote stakeholders without excessive meetings. Help teams maintain velocity and quality while working across time zones. Strong technical background required. Proven experience working with distributed/remote engineering teams. Excellence in written communication and async collaboration. Experience working with minimal process overhead.
