We are looking to hire an engineering manager to help us manage one of our product squads. The position is in-office with flexibility. The salary range is 80k-110k plus equity. The job spec is not yet finished, but you can get a feel for our engineering culture based on the job posting of our Product Engineering position.
We are a small (~25), fast-growing team building a unified API for HR systems. We went from $1M to $2.5M ARR in the last 6 months and are struggling to keep up with customer demand.
