Job Description

FlowDeploy is looking for a product-minded software engineer. Curiosity matters more than domain-specific experience in bioinformatics, although some bioinformatics context is helpful. Key areas of work include improving integration with bioinformatics pipelining languages like Nextflow and Snakemake, building the core API with Express/Node.js and Postgres, building the UI with React and Typescript, improving pipeline execution in AWS Batch, and improving data handling with S3 and Postgres.
