Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to scale our AI-powered recruiting and market intelligence platform for real estate. You will own backend services that ingest data from dozens of sources, process millions of records daily via Celery pipelines, and serve real-time analytics through a Django REST API backed by PostgreSQL/PostGIS. You will work with OpenAI, HubSpot, Twilio, MLS data providers. You will optimize SQL, implement data pipelines, and help integrate AI coding tools. Early-stage, high-growth SaaS.
