We’re hiring an exceptional Founding SWE for Ageospatial. This will be the most challenging and rewarding build of your life and you’ll be joining a team that delivers at the highest level, where there is no room for mediocrity. You will work with technologies such as Agentic AI, MCP, A2A, ACE, Prompt caching, TPM limits, Parallel processing, Autoscaling, traceability, Python, SQL, LangChain, AWS, Kubernetes, DuckDB, Next.js, React, WASM, DeckGL. You think like an architect, act like a builder and code like time doesn’t exist. You ship fast, have high standards, and a low ego. You don’t care much about early start-up paychecks, instead, you care about building the most meaningful product of your career. We are looking for killers, this will be fun and you’ll be fairly rewarded. If at any point this sounds too intense, competitive or toxic, this is not for you.
