We are building a modern, software engineering heavy approach to lab automation to accelerate wetlab R&D to develop drugs across 5 of Retro's scientific programs. This is a fast-paced job that requires a highly self-motivated individual. Retro is highly collaborative and low bureaucracy. You will have access to whatever resources and scientific expertise you need to build tooling that will shift the trajectory of scientific progress.
